Mater Appoints Five New Career Track Fellows

Mater Research is proud to announce the appointment of five outstanding researchers as Career Track Fellows, recognising their potential as future leaders. This appointment acknowledges their progress toward research independence and will support them in developing the leadership and management skills necessary to establish and lead research teams.

Mater Research Executive Director Professor Allison Pettit said the Career Track Fellows represented the next generation of leaders dedicated to advancing scientific discovery improving healthcare outcomes in the community.

“The Career Track Fellow role helps these high-potential investigators build the skills, resources and networks necessary for successful independent research leadership, preparing them to effectively navigate the challenges in the transition from postdoctoral researcher to Group Leader,” Prof Pettit said.

“As they progress their careers, Mater is committed to developing these talented individuals with the skills and opportunities needed for success.”

The five newly appointed Career Track Fellows are:
