Transmural Healing and Disease-Modifying Effect of Guselkumab in Crohn’s Disease Patients

This is a multicentre, open-label study to evaluate transmural healing and the disease modifying effect of the drug guselkumab in adult participants with active Crohn’s disease (CD).

What you need to know

Who can take part?

Participants need to:

  • Have clinically active luminal Crohn's Disease
  • Be aged 18+
  • Have inadequate or loss of response to conventional therapy 
  • Be exposed to a maximum of one class of advanced therapy
  • Not have any complications with their CD
  • Not have an infection
  • Not be pregnant or planning pregnancy/breastfeeding
  • Meet the complete inclusion/exclusion criteria.
     

What is involved for me?

  • Regular clinic visits
  • Colonoscopy
  • Scans (Ultrasound & MRI)
  • Daily eDiary completion
  • Blood, urine and stool tests
  • Treatment either infusion or injection.
